Though most of it is in complete disuse there is a safehouse. There is also a place known as Sinclair Spirits, this use to be a great place to sample Rapture's alcohol stock. Robertson's Tobaccoria, next to Eve's Garden, once sold the finest tobacco products in rapture. Eve's Garden used to be the most well known and revered gentlemen's club in Rapture, featuring Jasmine Jolene - Ryan's "favorite" girl. It had been a place where the men could unwind with a few drinks and let loose a few bucks on the stage and find some...company. There are talk of ghosts around here, most of them being dead strippers and the likes.
