xUpper Atriumx
The first thing you'll probably find here is the Fleet Hall. This used to be the place where Rapture citizens could watch the best theatrical and musical arts. Now, however, it's in a state of total disuse. The only other place in here is Cohen's Collection: Fine Art. This used to be a place where the wealthy could buy and collect Sander Cohen's art, but there's nothing but rubble here now.

xLower Atriumx - 1 Viewing
Though most of this place is inaccessible, people find their ways - some of them with surprising ease. There are two bathrooms and what used to be a popular Cocktail Lounge. There used to be a few shops here, some of which included: High Fashion, the Gardner Delux Modern, and the Le Marquis D'Epoque. There are a couple of vending machines around, but very few of them still work.

xUpper Poseidon Plazax
Up here there are only four places, two of which lie hidden from the ground floor; The Rapture Records: Sonorous Inc. and the Pharaoh's Fortune casino. Rapture Records is the most destroyed part of the Plaza. It used to be a place where Rapture's citizens could go and buy their music - but now is completely destroyed. The Pharaoh's Fortune Casino still stands, however. The gambler's heaven was the best place to get drunk and put your luck to the test.

xLower Poseidon Plazax
One of the many, well, once fine establishments here is Sir Prize: Game of Chance. This was one of the many gambling and drinking spots around. Though most of it is in complete disuse there is a safehouse. There is also a place known as Sinclair Spirits, this use to be a great place to sample Rapture's alcohol stock. Robertson's Tobaccoria, next to Eve's Garden, once sold the finest tobacco products in rapture. Eve's Garden used to be the most well known and revered gentlemen's club in Rapture, featuring Jasmine Jolene - Ryan's "favorite" girl. It had been a place where the men could unwind with a few drinks and let loose a few bucks on the stage and find some...company. There are talk of ghosts around here, most of them being dead strippers and the likes.

This used to be a place to come and have a few drinks, shop or gamble - just a place to relax. This place had everything the people could want from it. It had music, theater, strip clubs and casinos. Since it was so populer, there were stores selling expensive goods like clothing and tobacco.
