This place known as McDonagh's Tavern used to be the business place at the end of the working day - before crumbled in disuse. On the upper floor are three rooms. One seems to be some type of safehouse, built on the right side. On the left is a room with many trivial items. To get into the third room you must have a code. When you walk up the stairs you enter the upper Wharf and, near the left wall, is a waterfall from an unidentified source.
